  • Does Skin + Glow ship worldwide?

    No, but we are looking into this in the near future.
  • What measures does Skin + Glow take to ensure the quality of products being sold?

    We at Skin + Glow are fully dedicated to our customers’ satisfaction. Rest assured that the products that are sold on the website are genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. We only buy our inventory directly from the brand or authorized distributors of the brand.
  • I’m confused about the date on my product. Is it the date of manufacture or expiration?

    The dates printed are these products are 'date of manufacture' - not expiry dates. These dates are an industry requirement in South Korea, however products are suitable for use within a year of opening.

  • I’m trying to sign into my account – help!!!

    Although you don’t need an account to make a purchase, you will need to create one if you wish to use a promotional code or track your order. If you’re seeing the ‘invalid login or password’ message, make sure your email and password are correct. If you still can’t sign in, you can request for a password reminder to be sent – just follow the prompts on the page and enter your account email. If you’re still having trouble, contact our customer care team at hello@skinandglow.co.nz with screenshots of your issue, and we can sort out your problems ASAP!
  • What are the payment options?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer or deposit which is only available for NEW ZEALAND customers.
We do not accept personal cheques & money orders.
  • Is it safe to pay with my credit card on Skin + Glow?


    At Skin + Glow, we use the most secure payment gateway . We use Payment Express to process all credit card payments. If you are having difficulty checking out, please email us at hello@skinandglow.co.nz for further assistance.


  • What currency do you use on your website?

    The currency displayed on www.skinandglow.co.nz is in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
  • Can I change/cancel my online order after I have placed it?

    Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to cancel or amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.
  • 
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

    Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us by emailing skinandglow.co.nz
  • Will I receive a confirmation email after I place an order?

    Yes. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first before emailing hello@skinandglow.co.nz
  • How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

    
Please email hello@skinandglow.co.nz immediately and we are only able to change the shipping address if the order has not been shipped already.
  • Do you send to PO Boxes?

    Yes we do.
  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders will get shipped within 3 days of payment, but we endeavour to ship your product/s out within one working day except for orders paying with bank deposit. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. **Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. We use COURIER POST for all New Zealand customers - which is next business day delivery (except Rural areas).
  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking email from Courier Post as many customers have found that it is treated as spam. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us by emailing hello@skinandglow.co.nz to receive your tracking number.   • What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive, or is lost in transit?

    Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of COURIERPOST. Skin + Glow is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Skin + Glow is not liable to file claims for delivered packages, however we will do the needful for packages that are not delivered. Please keep in mind, that there can be unforeseen delays by the courier companies which is out of our hands. Skin + Glow is not liable for any delays.
